Can you still sign in? Delete it yourself, right now — in the app or on the website go to Settings → Delete account. It is immediate and needs nobody's help.
If you cannot sign in — you lost the phone, forgot the password, or the account was suspended — fill in this form. The request reaches us directly, and then we delete your account.
What is deleted: your Kopesha sign-in and your profile.
What remains: loans issued, repayments received and the institution's records stay in the institution's books. Those are the institution's business records, not your personal ones, and the law requires the institution to keep them. Your name stays on the log of what you did.
